Golf Swing Training Aid Reviews

GolfTest USA undertakes annual reviews and testing of golf clubs, golf balls, golf training aids and other golfing equipment.

In this evaluation, testers used golf training aids for a period of one month. Each golfer followed strict guidelines for use and rated the equipment on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being best.

Naturally, different golfers will respond differently to the various types of training aids. This depends a lot on the personality and physique of the golfer, as well as personal preferences and the golfers specific swing flaws.

Most golf swing training aids work on developing:

1. the correct swing plane
2. keeping the back arm tucked in tight to the side of the body on the downswing
3. rolling the wrists over on the finishing part of the swing
4. overall use of the correct swing mechanics

Note - golf training aids are highly specific to each golfers needs and preferences, such that, should a golf swing training aid not score highly in this evaluation it may still provide great benefit to individual golfers
