The world of photography opened up for many with the introduction
of digital cameras. Not only are digital cameras easy to use, after
an initial expense, the cost of photographis low compared to film
cameras.
Where professional photographer requirements still mean rather
chunky digital cameras, the average travel and family snaps are
more than adequately served with pocket size digital cars like the
Canon Powershot etc.
