Automatically Connect Smartphone to Mercedes Through Bluetooth

It is now possible to connect your Blackberry to your Mercedes-Benz automatically, using the newly launched Bluetooth telephone module.

The module is designed to work with just about any model of Mercedes and specifically with the BlackBerry 8700g, 8700v, and 8707v models.

The Bluetooth module will also work with other cell phones and smartphones compatible with the Bluetooth Hands Free Profile (HFP). This includes Microsoft's Windows Mobile 6 operating system and a number of other mobile handsets from: Motorola, Nokia, Sony Ericsson and BenQ.

No action needs to be take after a first single button pairing to get your Mercedes and BlackBerry connecting. that the connection is always automatic. After the first pairing, the connection is automatic - your BlackBerry can stay in your pocket, briefcase or handbag.
